These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kliimora PDF service ("Service") provided by PT Klik Inovasi Modern Abadi (trading as "Kliimora" or "Kliimora PDF"), a company registered in Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kliimora PDF provides online tools to convert, edit, compress, and otherwise process PDF and related document files, available on a free tier and on paid subscription plans.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract, or have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are using the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by PT Klik Inovasi Modern Abadi and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
