PT Klik Inovasi Modern Abadi (Kliimora PDF) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Kliimora PDF orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team and we will help process your request through Paddle.

What is covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time subscription purchases of paid Kliimora PDF plans. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, access to the corresponding paid features ends.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — if you want a refund within the 30-day window, request it via Paddle as described above.
