This Privacy Notice explains how PT Klik Inovasi Modern Abadi (trading as "Kliimora" or "Kliimora PDF"), a company registered in Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our website and services. • Subscription & billing data: plan, subscription status, customer and subscription identifiers from our payment provider. Card details and billing addresses are collected and processed directly by Paddle, not by us.
• Document content: files you upload for processing, processed transiently to deliver the requested conversion or transformation.
• Usage & technical data: log data, device identifiers, browser and operating system information, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage.
• Support communications: messages you send to our support channels.

2. Purposes & Legal Basis

• Providing the Service (account creation, processing your documents, delivering features) — performance of contract.
• Billing & subscription management via Paddle — performance of contract and legal obligation.
• Security & fraud prevention — legitimate interest in protecting the Service and our users.
• Product improvement & analytics — legitimate interest in understanding usage and improving features.
• Customer support — performance of contract and legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. How We Share Personal Data

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, email, and customer support tooling, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates and remits taxes, and issues invoices on our behalf.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including by our subprocessors and Paddle. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

Uploaded documents are processed transiently and deleted shortly after processing. Account, billing, and usage data are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
